Rates and Policies

Short Term Rates:*

$195.00 per night mid week, 2 night minimum
$500.00 per weekend, Arrive Friday 3 P.M. depart Sunday 12:00 P. M.
$1,100.00 Any 7 nights
$3,000 for one month
Note: Stays of less than 31 days are subject to a 10% county government tax

Longer Stays:*

Email or call for long term rates. Discounts are given for two month stays and stays of 3 months or more. The apartments are often leased for 6-12 months. Stays of 30 days or more require a $1000 security deposit.

*All rates subject to change prior to a confirmed booking. Half the applicable rent will hold the apartment for you.
Payment must be received in full 30 days prior to arrival.
